    产品描述

    番茄凝集素(Tomato lectin,Lycopersicon Esculentum Lectin(LEL)),是一种非常稳定的单亚基糖蛋白,约含有等量的蛋白质和碳水化合物。据报道其糖类部分由85%阿拉伯糖和15%半乳糖组成,在溶液中可能形成多聚体聚合物。番茄凝集素虽然和土豆凝集素、曼陀罗凝集素(DSL)和麦胚凝集素(WGA)有部分相同的特异性,但在许多多面呈现出独特之处。番茄凝集素LEL能够很好地与血型糖蛋白(glycophorin)和Tamm-Horsfall糖蛋白结合,能够有效结合和标记啮齿类动物的血管内皮(vascular endothelium)。


    本品为绿色荧光素标记的番茄凝集素(来源于Lycopersicon esculentum),Ex/Em=495/515nm,通过血管内灌注法或直接染色组织切片能快速且有效的检测和可视化啮齿类动物的血管和小胶质细胞。
